Applet shows the FFT of an PM signal with carrier frequency
w1, modulating frequency
w2 and modulating index m.
This signal differs from FM because the bandwidth depends on
the modulating frequency as well as the modulating index.
Changing Fn shows PM for a triangle and a ramp.
