Z Transform and Deconvolution.

Given the output y(n) from a system, it is possible to determine the
input to the system x(n) if the Impulse Response I(n) of the
system is known. The Equation required is shown below and this
proceedure is called deconvolution..
The applet below illustrates the proceedure. The Impulse
response is set by the first 12 scrollbars labelled in cyan
and the output
by the next 24 labelled in pink. The numerical values are
printed in white.
The image below show an example when the output is an
approximate sinusoid.
